Appointments

Nail trims are by Appointment Only. No walk-ins are allowed during the COVID-19 pandemic. By making an appointment, customers are committing to a reserved appointment time for the services requested. Greater than 2 business days (48-hours notice) is required for cancellations or rescheduling for any reason or the customer is billed for the requested services and the appointment—due to not only the cancelled appointment but also the lost opportunity to schedule other customers who wanted that same appointment time. Payment

Cash (in exact amount due), credit and debit cards. Touchless payment for Apple Pay, Google Pay and NFC chip cards is available at the Finn Hill location and Pet Stores.

Note: Client is responsible for any parking fees required for the appointment. Please read our appointment policy, payment and cancellation policy before making an appointment or prepaying, thank you.

Cancellation Policy

No shows, cancellations, and rescheduling less than 2 business days (48-hours) prior to appointment for any reason result in a bill for 100% of the scheduled service(s). Greater than 2 business days notice (48-hours) is required for cancelling or rescheduling for any reason or the customer will be charged for the reserved services and the appointment—due to not only the cancelled appointment but also the lost opportunity to schedule other customers who wanted that same appointment time.

Mobile Visit Required Measures

COVID-19 Waiver

An electronically signed and submitted COVID-19 waiver is required prior to service. Customers refusing to sign the waiver will be denied service.

COVID-19 Checklist
