COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is currently believed to spread via person-to-person contact and respiratory droplets, as well as asymptomatic persons. As COVID-19 is a novel virus, research and recommendations about the virus constantly change. It is also unknown with certainty if COVID-19 is transmissible from humans-to-animals or animals-to-humans. As a result, Federal, state, and local governments and health agencies recommend staying home, limited-to-no gatherings with people outside of your home, social distancing, wearing face masks or cloth face coverings, and washing your hands often.\\n\\n1. Subject. Customer recognizes and expressly agrees that participating in the service during the COVID-19 pandemic and when the virus is still significantly present is an inherently dangerous activity and carries with it a reasonable degree of risk. Further, Customer recognizes that certain safety precautions and measures must be followed and have been put in place by Pet Pawdicure, yet even with strict adherence to those procedures, does not guarantee nor does Pet Pawdicure guarantee Customer\\u2019s safety. Customer acknowledges the contagious and unknown nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes all risk that Customer may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by entering this business or allowing this business to visit Customer\\u2019s home, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death to Customer or Customer\\u2019s family or Customer\\u2019s pets.\\n\\n2. Waiver and Release from Liability. Customer understands that Pet Pawdicure assumes no responsibility for injuries (including loss of life) or illnesses that Customer may sustain, and Customer understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Pet Pawdicure may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of Customer and others\\na) as a result of Customer\\u2019s or Customer\\u2019s pet\\u2019s(s\\u2019) physical condition,\\nb) resulting from Customer\\u2019s or Customer\\u2019s pet\\u2019s(s\\u2019) participation in the service,\\nc) as a result of another Customer\\u2019s or another Customer\\u2019s pet\\u2019s(s\\u2019) or third person\\u2019s actions,\\nd) as a result of Customer\\u2019s or Customer\\u2019s pet\\u2019s(s\\u2019) use of Pet Pawdicure\\u2019s or the owner\\u2019s facilities, property, outdoor areas, and\\\/or equipment or supplies in connection with the service, or\\ne) as a result of Pet Pawdicure visiting Customer\\u2019s home or property in connection with service.\\nIn consideration of being allowed to participate in Pet Pawdicure\\u2019s services, on Customer\\u2019s behalf, Customer hereby releases and agrees covenant not to sue in perpetuity, discharge, to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Inspire Joy Inc Doing Business As Pet Pawdicure, its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, owners, and other businesses at which Pet Pawdicure provides service, of and from any claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto for personal injury (including loss of life) and all other losses or damages that Customer may suffer as a result of Customer\\u2019s participation in Pet Pawdicure service. Customer understands and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Inspire Joy Inc DBA Pet Pawdicure, its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, and owners, and businesses at which Pet Pawdicure provides service, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after any service provided by or at Inspire Joy Inc DBA Pet Pawdicure.\\n\\n3. Consent. Customer grants permission to Pet Pawdicure and its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, owners, and businesses at which Pet Pawdicure provides service, to provide the service.\\n\\n4. Property Loss. Customer understands and agrees that Pet Pawdicure is not responsible for personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen in connection with the service.\\n\\n5. Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon Customer, Customer\\u2019s family, Customer\\u2019s heirs, assigns, estate, successors, and legal representatives. This Agreement covers all service provided to Customer by Pet Pawdicure until the State of Washington and the Federal government remove all COVID-19 mandates and COVID-19 no longer presents as a serious health risk.\\n\\n6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except by an agreement in writing signed by both parties.\\n\\n7. Acceptance. If any portions of this waiver and release are held to be invalid, Customer agrees the remaining terms shall continue to be in full legal force and effect. Customer understands and agrees that this Waiver and Release is binding upon Customer and Customer\\u2019s family, Customer\\u2019s heirs, assigns, estates, successors, and legal representatives.\\n\\nPLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY.\\n\\nI HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. Customer understands that Pet Pawdicure assumes no responsibility for injuries (including loss of life) or illnesses that Customer may sustain, and Customer understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Pet Pawdicure may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of Customer and others\\na) as a result of Customer\\u2019s or Customer\\u2019s pet\\u2019s(s\\u2019) physical condition,\\nb) resulting from Customer\\u2019s or Customer\\u2019s pet\\u2019s(s\\u2019) participation in the service,\\nc) as a result of another Customer\\u2019s or another Customer\\u2019s pet\\u2019s(s\\u2019) or third person\\u2019s actions,\\nd) as a result of Customer\\u2019s or Customer\\u2019s pet\\u2019s(s\\u2019) use of Pet Pawdicure\\u2019s or the owner\\u2019s facilities, property, outdoor areas, and\\\/or equipment or supplies in connection with the service, or\\ne) as a result of Pet Pawdicure visiting Customer\\u2019s home or property in connection with service.\\nIn consideration of being allowed to participate in Pet Pawdicure\\u2019s services, on Customer\\u2019s behalf, Customer hereby releases and agrees covenant not to sue in perpetuity, discharge, to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Inspire Joy Inc Doing Business As Pet Pawdicure, its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, owners, and other businesses at which Pet Pawdicure provides service, of and from any claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto for personal injury (including loss of life) and all other losses or damages that Customer may suffer as a result of Customer\\u2019s participation in Pet Pawdicure service. Customer understands and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Inspire Joy Inc DBA Pet Pawdicure, its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, and owners, and businesses at which Pet Pawdicure provides service, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after any service provided by or at Inspire Joy Inc DBA Pet Pawdicure.\\n\\n3. Consent. Customer grants permission to Pet Pawdicure and its directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, owners, and businesses at which Pet Pawdicure provides service, to provide the service.\\n\\n4. Property Loss. Customer understands and agrees that Pet Pawdicure is not responsible for personal property that is lost, damaged, or stolen in connection with the service.\\n\\n5. Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon Customer, Customer\\u2019s family, Customer\\u2019s heirs, assigns, estate, successors, and legal representatives. This Agreement covers all service provided to Customer by Pet Pawdicure until the State of Washington and the Federal government remove all COVID-19 mandates and COVID-19 no longer presents as a serious health risk.\\n\\n6. Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except by an agreement in writing signed by both parties.\\n\\n7. Acceptance. If any portions of this waiver and release are held to be invalid, Customer agrees the remaining terms shall continue to be in full legal force and effect. Customer understands and agrees that this Waiver and Release is binding upon Customer and Customer\\u2019s family, Customer\\u2019s heirs, assigns, estates, successors, and legal representatives.\\n\\nPLEASE READ CAREFULLY. I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY PARTICIPATING AT AND OBTAINING SERVICE BY A BUSINESS VISITED BY THE PUBLIC AT LARGE I AM ACTIVELY INCREASING MY EXPOSURE RISK FOR COVID-19.\\n\\n\\nI, the Customer
